The name is Duolingo. Its available for iphone, android and windows phone; it also available on the web. It has 59 different language courses to learn and 23 additional courses are in development. Select the language and start learning. It has simple interface to learn. Yes, but you need to register with them; but its not a big deal to learn something new.

Plus it works for schools and classrooms too. Where teachers can improvise their teaching method and track the progress of the students too. Many governments has approved it as a teaching platform.

Another thing is many job giving websites are allowing Duolingo’s certificate for language proficiency. What else you need?

So, who stops you to learn and discover new language and culture?
