Every culture has its own language. After knowing the
language you may look into it’s culture.
Ever wanted to learn a new language? For going abroad for professional
reason or just a vacation or just adding skills in your resume or C.V. or just
for learning and discover the whole new world and culture. Ever wanted to learn
speaking new language and how to pronounce it? Sometimes we wanted but due to
lack of teachers and good materials we never tried to learn.
Well, now those days are over. The app and the web are in the
market to learn any foreign languages easily and without any headache. Surprise
is; Its FREE, FREE, FREE.
The name is Duolingo. Its available for iphone, android and
windows phone; it also available on the web. It has 59 different language
courses to learn and 23 additional courses are in development. Select the
language and start learning. It has simple interface to learn. Yes, but you
need to register with them; but its not a big deal to learn something new.
Plus it works for schools and classrooms too. Where teachers
can improvise their teaching method and track the progress of the students too. Many
governments has approved it as a teaching platform.
Another thing is many job giving websites are allowing
Duolingo’s certificate for language proficiency. What else you need?
So, who stops you to learn and discover new language and
culture?
